The 2015 TLIA dues and lake assessment are coming in at a good pace for the year. Currently, 73% of households have paid their yearly dues. If you haven’t already done so, please send your check for 2015. If you are a senior, you are eligible for a 20% discount. To qualify for a discount you must be age 65 or older, own your home and live in it. Your 2015 invoice should have reflected the discount, if you are eligible and your invoice did not reflect it, please let the Association know.
There are several households that owe membership dues for 2013 and 2014. The Association is in the process of contacting those homeowners now and looking to set up plans to bring them up-to-date.
For members who are experiencing difficulty paying the 2015 dues, the Association can set up an installment plan. The plan will allow you to be in good standing for 2015 and be paid in full prior by the end of the fiscal year in October. Dues, which fall behind and are not paid during the fiscal year, are subject to late fees.
