‘Tis the season
for THANKS! And I say, THANKS FOR GIVING OF YOUR TIME AND PARTICIPATION.
The Association is almost complete with our calendar and fiscal year and we have much for which to be thankful. Overall at last count we have 76 – SEVENTY-SIX people volunteer for official Board and Committee positions!!! That is incredible
support for a community of volunteers. And now add to that another 100 PLUS people that volunteer during Independence weekend, lake/grounds clean up and all our other activities. THANKS to all of you who make time to be actively involved continuing TLIA’s long history of volunteerism. It is amazing what we do as a community. Specifically:
* THANKS to the Board for their guidance and leadership of the Association.
* THANKS to the Grounds Beautification Committee for making our Association gardens and Village entrances look colorful and fresh.
* THANKS to our Beach Committee and Lifeguards for providing a wonderful and safe environment for our kids (and kid-like adults) to swim and sunbathe.
* THANKS to our Grounds Committee for ensuring our parks and boat landings are cleared and in safe working order.
* THANKS to our Youth Committee for creating and hosting fun and safe activities for the children in our community.
* THANKS to our Lake Committee for working on multiple projects and issues at the same time to improve the water qual- ity of our lakes.
* THANKS to our Finance Committee for protecting our finan- cial assets and supporting all our committees.
* THANKS to Events Committee for planning and coordinating all the fun activities throughout the year.
* THANKS to our Tennis Committee for organizing tennis and pickle ball activities and of keeping the courts and grounds in great condition.
* THANKS to our Long Range Planning Committee for developing a fantastic and compelling 10-year plan for maintaining and improving our physical assets.
* THANKS to our Communication Committee for incredible support to the Board and all the Committees
* THANKS to our Nominations committee for providing a fantastic list of candidates for our 2020 election.
With sincere THANKS to all! Please, enjoy this most fan- tastic season to be with your family and friends and be thankful to be in this wonderful community.
