About Grounds Beautification
The Grounds Beautification was started in the late 90’s. The President of both the Village, Bill Fitzpatrick, and the T L I A, Lee Johnson, approached the ladies that were taking care of the North Lake entrance to establish the Ground Beautification Committee. Back then, it was a sub-committee of the Grounds Committee. In 2010, it became a free-standing committee and now reports directly to the T L I A board. Its purpose is to make Tower Lakes a more beautiful place to reside, with the help of its many volunteer residents.
Aside from beautifying the neighborhood with flowers, shrubs and general landscaping, the Committee also hosts the Christmas lights event and decorates the bridge during the winter holidays. In addition, they take donations for the needy.

TLIA Garden Club
The T L I A Garden Club was started in 2010 as a subcommittee to plan educational seminars and help assist the Grounds Beautification Committee during their spring planting.
